In our household, "Ceļnieki," we handle everything as a team—each
contributing with their unique product, yet working seamlessly together.
Our abode is nestled in a enchanting locale, allowing us the privilege
to pursue our passions. For Iveta, it's tending to the garden, while
Osvalds finds fulfillment in hunting.
The inspiration for our products is found in the nearby Pine Forest of
''Bernāti'' . It is in this mystical place that we gather the renowned Pine
Cones, essential ingredients for our Pine Cone Syrup and Strong Pine
Cone.
Since 2015, we've been perfecting the art of crafting Pine Cone Syrup. Initially, it was a personal creation, shared only among our nearest family and friends, crafted over a "live" fire in our garden. As our local presence grew and we obtained official supplement certification, we established a dedicated brewing space within our gazebo. Now, this magical elixir comes to life in a space built for the love and passion we pour into each batch.
The crafting of our products— Pine Cone Syrup, Pine Cone Liqueur, or Date Cognac— is an intricate and meticulous process that demands time and precision. To make it even more special, we invite our friends to join us in the initial stage: harvesting the pine cones.
Every year, we come together in the enchanting forest of ''Bernāti'' to collect the pine cones. It's a shared experience that adds a touch of community and connection to the essence of our creations.
Following an extensive process of crafting the syrup, enriched with the purity of spring water, we delicately pour it into bottles, marking the culmination of our efforts. This elixir is now ready for us to savor its benefits. Renowned for its immune-boosting properties, it proves to be a formidable ally in the fight against colds, coughs, and the recovery journey after battling pneumonia.
With a robust foundation and Osvalds expertise in the art of
drink-making, we proudly began officially brewing our alcoholic
beverages from the year 2022. Introducing Strong Pine Cone, Wild Date,
and our latest addition, Beaver Steroid, our lineup reflects a blend of
craftsmanship and passion that we're excited to share with you.
